QA Associate

Location: Anaheim, California

Job Description:

Provide professional, accurate support to our customer base as well as each MAXxess Associate. The candidate must have the ability to rapidly but efficiently answer technical questions and resolve technical problems. The candidate will also perform testing on all products.

Qualifications Required:

The candidate must have excellent communication (oral and written) and people skills. Individual must be self-motivated, able to perform duties with minimal supervision and be highly organized. Ability to work with others as part of a team. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Access/Security industry. High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Some travel required.


Software Engineer

Location: Anaheim, California

Job Description:

Design and develop security system embedded software.The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding and debugging software for our Linux-based access control and security products.

Qualifications Required:

The design will include an integral web server and database manager as well as multiple communication channels to a Windows' server and companion hardware.

As an embedded software engineer you must have a minimum of 5 years of embedded programming using C or C++ and experience in using good software engineering methodologies. Knowledge of embedded systems programming, microprocessor hardware, SQL database programming, web servers, networks and communication techniques is required.

You must have excellent communication and organizational skills to work in a team environment. Previous experience in the security industry is a big plus.
